At Pullman Jakarta Indonesia, we take great pride in providing the highest levels of service to our guests, ensuring each and every need is met. However, I do apologize for the shortfall that you have experienced. I am sorry that your experience did not meet your expectations this time, particularly regarding the pool closure, room quality and food&beverage quality. On behalf of Pullman Jakarta Indonesia and its Connectors, please accept our sincere apology. In our ongoing commitment to elevate guests experience, we are renovating our hotel swimming pool facilities. This endeavor is aimed at providing you with enhanced services and amenities that reflect our dedication to excellence. The renovation work will take place during daytime hours, commencing from Saturday, April 20th, through May 31st, 2024. This has been notified or posted accross all booking channel include ALL applications and hotel's website.
